The school is being managed by the ASSALAM PROGRESSIVE TRUST, a registered Trust under the West Bengal Registration Rules, 1962.

This Trust is in Income Tax exemption facility from the Income Tax Department of Govt. of India as it is registered under 12AA and 80G Sections of the Income Tax Act. Govt. of India.

Management of M.J. Memorial School is under the leadership of a very capable, qualified and experienced Educationist. Dr. Md. Afsar Ali, the Secretary of this School, who is Double Ph.D. (in Chemistry and Education). He is presently the Principal of a Govt. aided undergraduate College (Saheed Nurul Islam Mahavidyalaya) under West Bengal State University. He possesses an 18 years’ long experience of school education and teachers’ training at Bhaluka RMM Vidyapith (H.S.), Malda, W.B. (2 years) and at Teachers’ Training section of Acharya Jagadish Ch. Bose College, Kolkata (16 years). A number of books on teachers’ training and Education are authored by Dr. Ali are in good sale for B. Ed. trainees throughout West Bengal. Dr. Ali has successfully completed a number of Research Projects (both Major and Minor) in Education under the sanction of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), under the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India.
